Job Description – Tender Executive

Position: Tender Executive – GeM & Government Tenders

Industry: CCTV Surveillance, ELV, Fire Alarm, Access Control & Networking

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 1 – 5 Years

We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive to independently handle GeM and Government tender activities from tender search to final bid submission and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP and Government e-Procurement portals•.

• Review tender eligibility, technical specifications, turnover, experience, EMD/PBG and other requirements.

Prepare and upload complete technical and commercial bid documents•.

• Prepare Technical Compliance Sheets, declarations, undertakings and tender acceptance documents.

Coordinate with OEMs/distributors for MAF, authorization, datasheets, compliance, MII and required certificates•.

• Prepare BOQ and coordinate for product pricing and commercial quotations.

• Handle GeM bid submission, corrigendum, clarification, representation and Reverse Auction.

• Track technical/financial evaluation, L1 results and competitor pricing.

• Maintain complete records of submitted, awarded and upcoming tenders.

Ensure timely submission with zero documentation errors•.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of GeM and Government tendering procedures•.

• Strong MS Word, Excel, PDF and documentation skills.

• Knowledge of EMD, PBG, MSME/MSE, MII and OEM documentation.

• Ability to independently manage multiple tenders and deadlines.

• CCTV/ELV/IT/System Integration industry experience will be preferred.

Qualification: Graduate/Diploma

Experience: Minimum 1 years in GeM/Government Tendering.
