The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, from identifying opportunities to preparing documentation and submitting proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze relevant government and private sector tender opportunities.

• Review and interpret tender documents, including terms, conditions, and technical specifications.

• Prepare and compile tender documents, including pre-qualification requirements, financial bids, and supporting documentation.

• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, finance, production) to gather required data and approvals.

• Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain compliance with all tender requirements.

• Track and follow up on submitted tenders, handling clarifications and negotiations as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of all tenders, submissions, and outcomes.

• Stay updated on industry trends, tender platforms, and changes in procurement processes.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of tendering procedures and government procurement norms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and work under deadlines.

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.

• Prior experience in a similar role within the printing or packaging industry is an advantage.
