Job Title: Tender Executive

Job Summary:
A Tender Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying opportunities, preparing bid documents, ensuring compliance, and submitting competitive proposals. The role requires coordination with internal teams and clients to secure contracts and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and identify relevant tenders (government/private portals)

• Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications

• Prepare and compile tender/bid documents (technical & commercial)

• Coordinate with internal departments (finance, legal, technical) for inputs

• Ensure all documents meet compliance and submission deadlines

• Maintain records of tenders, submissions, and outcomes

• Handle online tender submissions (e-procurement portals)

• Follow up on submitted tenders and respond to client queries

• Assist in cost estimation, pricing, and proposal strategy

• Track competitor activity and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

• Proven experience in tendering/bidding (6 month+ depending on role level)

• Knowledge of government tender portals and procedures

• Strong documentation and analytical skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with e-tendering platforms (e.g., GeM, SAP Ariba, etc.)

• Basic understanding of contracts, legal terms, and pricing strategies

• Project coordination experience
