Key Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor customer retention metrics on a regular basis.
Generate maximum qualified appointments for the sales team.
Conduct outbound calls on lead data from marketing campaigns, events, and secondary databases.
Schedule appointments for venue sales and direct sales teams.
Stay updated on all new products, services, offers, and promotions.
Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up schedules.
