We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Truway Machinery. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching our laser cutting and laser marking machines, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibilities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000–₹25,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Identify and engage in new business opportunities through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively.
Conduct basic market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.
Prepare engaging presentations to highlight product benefits.
Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate
Experience Range: 0.6 – 2 years (Telesales / Inside Sales preferred)
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Customer-centric approach and ability to close deals.
Proficiency in calling, lead generation, basic CRM, WhatsApp Business, and email communication is an added advantage.
