We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telesales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will contact prospective and existing customers by phone to promote services, generate sales, and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate is goal-driven, confident, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to present and sell company products/services.
Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and professionally.
Use CRM tools to track calls, update customer information, and record sales activity.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up on warm leads and maintain customer relationships.
Address customer questions, concerns, and objections effectively.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales strategies and campaigns.
Maintain knowledge of product updates, promotions, and competitive offerings.
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
Previous telesales or call center experience preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and remain resilient under pressure.
Confident phone presence and excellent listening skills.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
