Teleperformance Global Services Private Limited is hiring for the Digital Officer role in Bengaluru.

Job Description:

• Maintain Reports: Responsible for maintaining reports related to sales and all his activities in the prescribed format. Should maintain a diary daily in the prescribed format of activities.

• Channel Partner Recruitment: Responsible for identifying the need to appoint a channel partner.

• Customer Relationship Management: Responsible for enhancing the customer experience by developing and maintaining relationships with customers.

• Completion of File: Responsible for submission of complete application form, documentation, and information.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive credit card sales growth in the market.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand the customer base and market presence.

Skills:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in using banking software and MS Office applications.

• Educational Qualifications: Graduate(any stream except BE and diploma)

• Basic Banking

• Communication

• Minimum experience in years - 0-3 yrs. preferable.

• English + Any ONE Regional Language:

• Kannada | Tamil | Hindi | Malayalam
  Telugu – Not Eligible
