Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and persuasive Telecaller to join our NGO team. The role involves reaching out to potential donors, supporters, and volunteers to promote our causes, generate donations, and build long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors from provided databases
Explain the NGO’s mission, ongoing campaigns, and impact clearly
Encourage donations and support for various initiatives
Maintain accurate records of calls, donor interactions, and follow-ups
Handle donor queries and provide relevant information
Build and maintain positive relationships with donors
Meet daily/weekly calling and fundraising targets
Follow communication scripts while being flexible and empathetic
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or fundraising is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Persuasive and confident speaking ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Passion for social work and NGO causes
