Role Overview
We are looking for a Telesales Executive who is confident, target-driven, and skilled in customer communication. The role involves engaging with potential clients over the phone, explaining O Hi’s offerings, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and business partners
Explain O Hi’s products, services, and value proposition clearly
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM
Follow up with interested prospects and close sales
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
1–3 years of experience in telesales / telecalling / inside sales
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively
Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
Proficiency in Hindi and English (local language knowledge is a plus)
