Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite
Languages Required: English–Telugu / English–Tamil (Multilingual preferred)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives

Role Overview:

We are seeking energetic and multilingual Telesales Executives to engage with clients, provide guidance on nutrition and wellness plans, and support overall customer engagement. The role involves handling inbound and outbound wellness-related calls, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle 16–20 assigned leads daily and convert them into active clients.

· Conduct wellness consultations and explain products and health plans.

· Manage follow-up calls and maintain accurate client data.

· Work closely with team leaders to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

· Maintain a professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach.

Requirements:

· Excellent communication skills in English with fluency in Telugu or Tamil.

· Freshers can apply

· Prior experience in telecalling, healthcare, or sales preferred

· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
