About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team and help drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This entry-level role is perfect for those eager to start a career in B2B or SaaS/tech sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, inbound inquiries and Cold calling
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects
• Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
• 0–4 years in Inside Sales/Lead Generation (B2B preferred)
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot is a plus)
• Self-driven, target-focused, and eager to learn
