Job description:

Paisabazaar is an Indian digital loan and credit card platform. It is a part of PB Fintech .

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing customers to promote loan products.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan options.

• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and lending regulations.

• Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive products.

Required Skills:

1. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
2. Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and politely.
3. Patience and empathy to manage difficult or irate customers.
4. Prior experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus.
5. Freshers and experience both can apply.

Minimum education: 12th Pass
