Job Description:
Eye Mantra Hospital is seeking a motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team. This individual will play a key role in reaching out to prospective patients, promoting our services, and converting inquiries into appointments. The ideal candidate should be passionate about healthcare and have excellent communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contacting prospective patients via phone to explain Eye Mantra's services, including eye care treatments, surgeries, and consultations.

• Answering inquiries from potential patients and providing information about available treatments and services.

• Scheduling appointments for patients with the hospital’s specialists and eye care professionals.

• Maintaining accurate records of calls, inquiries, and patient details in the CRM system.

• Following up on leads and ensuring patients are informed about their appointments and any necessary preparations.

• Upselling relevant services and products to prospective patients.

• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and promotion of new services.

• Providing feedback to the team regarding customer preferences, objections, and competitive offerings.

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns or questions promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in healthcare, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

• Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.

• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Ability to handle objections and navigate challenging conversations.

• Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
