Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive who will be responsible for connecting with potential clients over calls, understanding their requirements, presenting our products/services, negotiating commercial terms, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to generate business opportunities.
Understand client requirements and explain the company's products/services accordingly.
Negotiate with clients on pricing, commercials, terms, and other requirements to close the deal.
Follow up regularly with interested prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Handle client queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales/business.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, negotiations, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution after client confirmation.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding sales performance and pipeline status.
