Job Title: Relationship Manager – Mortgage (Home Loans & LAP)
Location: Delhi (Project Sites + Office)
Experience: 1–2 Years
Industry: Banking / NBFC / Mortgage

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Relationship Manager with 1–2 years of experience in the mortgage industry. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with a Bank or NBFC in Sales or Credit roles, with strong knowledge of Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads for Home Loans and LAP.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, builders, and corporate channels.
Handle end-to-end customer coordination from login to disbursement.
Conduct basic credit assessment and document collection.
Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Ops, Banking partners) for smooth processing.
Work from project sites as well as the Delhi office as required.

Eligibility Criteria:
1–2 years of experience in mortgage (Home Loans / LAP).
Must be an ex-employee of a Bank or NBFC (Sales or Credit background).
Basic understanding of mortgage products and corporate channels.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal & written).
Comfortable working on laptops and proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).

Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of banking documentation and processes.
Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
