Job Role Summary:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and requests with clarity and empathy.
• Provide product/service information and guide customers on processes.
• Maintain call records, update CRM systems, and document interactions accurately.
• Achieve call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team for resolution.
• Follow company policies, scripts, and compliance standards during calls.
Required Skills:
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Good command of English and regional language.
• Ability to handle customer concerns patiently and professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Problem-solving and multitasking ability.
Qualification:
• Any Graduate (B.Com preferred).
• Freshers or candidates with experience in BPO/Client Coordination can apply.
• Experience in an accounting/CA firm is an added advantage.
