Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Promote restaurant offers, events, memberships, and banquet bookings
Handle inbound inquiries related to reservations and services
Follow up on leads for parties, corporate bookings, and events
Maintain accurate customer and lead data in CRM systems
Achieve daily and monthly sales
Coordinate with operations and sales teams for smooth bookings
Handle basic customer queries and provide correct information
Key Skills & Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills
Prior experience in telesales or hospitality sales preferred
Customer-focused attitude and follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
Comfortable working with targets and incentives
