**Key Responsibilities:**
* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services
* Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
* Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
* Maintain and update customer databases and call records
* Follow up on leads and ensure closure of sales
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
* Address customer objections and resolve queries effectively
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment
* Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.)
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
