1. Telesales / Telecalling Executive

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
- Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records in CRM or Excel sheets.
- Follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language).
- Patience and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Work Details:
- Salary range: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month.
- Education: 12th Pass and above.
- Experience: 0–1 years (freshers welcome).
- Location: New Ashok Nagar, Delhi.

Responsibilities:
- Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities, and check outputs.
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
- Attend client meetings when required.
Skills Required:
- Excellent MS Excel and Word skills.
- Good typing speed.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
