This is a target-driven role focused on lead generation, client engagement, and sales coordination via phone and digital communication. Key Responsibilities: • Call prospective clients to introduce solar products and services. • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals. • Explain technical benefits and pricing of solar modules and inverters. • Maintain customer databases and call logs. • Share quotations and coordinate with field sales for closures. • Achieve monthly lead and conversion targets. Qualifications & Skills: • Graduate in any field, preference for Marketing/Business streams. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Fluency in English, Hindi, and any regional language. • Ability to handle objections and convince customers. • Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel. Preferred Experience: • Prior tele-calling or inside sales experience preferred, but not mandatory.
