Zoya Ayurveda is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer/patient enquiries, explaining our Ayurvedic products and services, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into confirmed orders/consultations.
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 + Incentives
Experience: 1–4 Years
Qualification: 12th Pass or Above

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers/patients.
Follow up with leads and enquiries regularly.
Explain Ayurvedic products and healthcare services clearly.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
Convert qualified leads into orders/consultations.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and orders.
Build professional relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order/service delivery.
Share regular updates on sales performance and customer feedback.
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Healthcare Sales / Ayurvedic Product Sales.
12th Pass or above.
Good Hindi communication skills; basic English preferred.
Confident communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle objections and close sales.
Target-oriented and disciplined approach.
Previous experience in healthcare or Ayurvedic product sales will be an advantage.
