About The Infrasure
The Infrasure is an independent project assurance company supporting owners, developers and project stakeholders with construction QA/QC assurance, quantity and billing verification, technical audits, asset/condition assessments, MEP/fire/safety reviews, snagging and rectification verification, pre-handover inspections and related engineering assurance services.
Role summary
This is primarily an office-based B2B lead-generation and CRM-coordination role. The executive will develop prospects through telephone and digital outreach, build relationships, convert genuine opportunities into meetings and maintain disciplined follow-up from first contact through proposal, award and collection support.
The executive will also maintain and coordinate CRM follow-ups for opportunities handled by the Founder, BD Head and Technical Head, ensuring commitments, next actions and follow-up dates are recorded and actively tracked. The role is not high-volume consumer telecalling; communication quality, targeting, follow-up and CRM discipline matter more than raw dial count.
The role is primarily office based, but the executive must be open to attending client-office or project/site meetings when useful for an opportunity or requested by management. Own vehicle is not mandatory.
Key responsibilities
· Generate and develop B2B prospects through targeted calls, research, LinkedIn/web research, referrals, inbound enquiries, past/company contacts and raw leads or contact details shared internally.
· Make the first meaningful business contact where a prospect has not already been developed by The Infrasure; understand the requirement, identify the relevant stakeholder and move genuine opportunities toward a meeting.
· Manage the CRM for the executive’s own pipeline and for opportunities handled by the Founder, BD Head and Technical Head, including meeting notes, client requirements, documents requested, status, next action, internal owner and follow-up date.
· Proactively remind and coordinate with internal stakeholders so proposals, commitments, client responses and follow-ups are not missed.
· Coordinate meetings with the appropriate Technical Representative, BD Head, Founder or other authorised representative depending on the opportunity.
· Remain involved after the first meeting and support proposal follow-up, client queries, award/work-order progress and collection-related coordination.
· Prepare a concise weekly pipeline report covering new leads, contacts reached, qualified opportunities, meetings, proposals, overdue follow-ups, wins/losses and priority next actions.
· Do not independently commit technical scope, pricing, discounts, timelines, certifications or contractual terms unless specifically authorised by management.
Lead ownership & meeting quality
Lead ownership. A raw name, number, company/project reference, business card, database entry or similar contact supplied by anyone can still become an Executive-Originated / Executive-Developed Lead when no substantive business contact has already been made by The Infrasure and the executive makes the first meaningful contact, develops the opportunity and converts it into a qualified completed meeting. Existing developed opportunities remain company/management-originated.
Qualified completed meeting. A meeting counts only when it actually takes place with a relevant prospect or stakeholder, relates to a genuine or reasonably identifiable requirement, includes a substantive business/technical discussion and has a defined next step. It may be held at a client office, project site, existing asset/facility, The Infrasure office or by scheduled video call. No-shows, casual introductions and basic qualification calls do not count.
Candidate profile
· Minimum 3 years of relevant B2B inside sales, lead generation, business development, CRM coordination or similar client-facing experience.
· Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills are mandatory; confidence on telephone and with senior decision-makers/project stakeholders is essential.
· Strong follow-up discipline and ability to maintain accurate CRM/lead trackers for multiple internal stakeholders.
· Working ability with Excel/Google Sheets and common CRM tools, with professional email and WhatsApp follow-up writing.
· Construction, real estate, engineering, MEP, facility management, testing/inspection or professional-services exposure is an advantage, but not mandatory.
· Willingness to learn The Infrasure services and attend occasional client/site meetings when required.
· Women candidates are encouraged to apply.
