About the Role

We are looking for serious, motivated, and eager-to-learn Sales Executives to join our in-house Business Acquisition / Sales team.

The role involves tele calling prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining company services, following up with leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Candidates with either target-based sales experience or strong cold-calling/outbound calling experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant company services.

• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

• Achieve assigned sales targets, wherever applicable.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Work closely with the Team Leader to achieve individual and team objectives.

• Participate in sales training, reviews, and performance improvement activities.

Requirements

• 1–6 years of experience in sales, tele calling, tele sales, business development, inside sales, cold calling, or a similar role.

• Candidates from a Commerce background (B.Com / M.Com or equivalent) are preferred.

• Candidates with target-based sales experience are preferred for target-oriented positions.

• Candidates without target-based sales experience may also be considered if they have good cold-calling/outbound calling experience.

• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

• Good follow-up skills and a willingness to learn.

• Comfortable working from the office and making outbound calls.

• Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM systems will be an advantage.

• Candidates should be serious about building a career in sales and willing to learn and grow with the organization.
