Tele Sales Executive
Job description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and generating leads or sales by interacting with potential and existing customers.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer conversations effectively.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
Explain company products/services clearly to customers
Generate leads and follow up on prospects
Maintain a database of customer interactions
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call or sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Record feedback and update CRM systems
Coordinate with the sales team for conversions
Preferred candidate profile
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Active listening and problem-solving skills
Salary Package:
2.2 Lakh - 3 Lakh Per Annum
