
We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at at Manav Management Group. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend Incoming calls of customer, understand their requirement and provide them the best solution solar energy system in their budget.
Respond to customer on email / chat by understanding their requirement and keep long follow up with them to convert prospectus into a sales
Educate to customer about solar energy and its benefits to install at home.
Goal: Follow SOP and Achieve sales target of company
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 6 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
