Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive for B2B sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer communication, introducing company products, and converting inquiries into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to dealers, distributors and retailers
Generate and qualify B2B sales leads
Explain company products and offers professionally
Follow up with existing and new customers
Maintain customer database and sales records
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing
Build strong customer relationships for repeat business
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
Ability to handle follow-ups and negotiations
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
Hindi & English communication required
Other regional language knowledge is an advantage
Preferred Candidate
Experience in ceramic, tiles, or B2B sales preferred
Strong phone etiquette and professional behavior
