Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, and activate agents.
Maintain strong relationships with assigned agents.
Ensure agents are active and regularly working on provided leads.
Share and assign company-generated leads to agents.
Guide agents on how to approach customers and close sales.
Monitor agent performance and drive them to achieve sales targets.
Provide continuous support, motivation, and training to agents.
Ensure conversion of leads into successful health insurance sales through agents.
