Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries and generate appointments for hearing tests and hearing aids. The candidate will communicate with patients and their family members, understand their hearing-care requirements, explain suitable hearing solutions, and follow up with leads to convert them into appointments and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Understand customers' hearing concerns, requirements, and budget.

• Explain hearing aids, hearing tests, home visits, trials, and related services.

• Generate and confirm appointments with audiologists.

• Follow up regularly with interested and pending customers.

• Maintain accurate lead details and follow-up remarks in CRM.

• Coordinate with audiologists and the sales team for appointments and trials.

• Work towards daily, monthly, and sales-conversion targets.

• Maintain professional and polite communication with patients and their families.

• Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

• Good Hindi and basic English communication skills.

• Freshers can apply.

• Previous telesales, telecalling, healthcare, or hearing-aid sales experience will be an advantage.

• Good convincing, communication, and follow-up skills.

• Comfortable working with CRM and computer applications.
