Sales Head
* Lead the overall B2B wholesale and dealership sales operations.
* Set monthly sales targets and track team performance.
* Manage and convert wholesale, retailer, distributor and dealership leads.
* Develop dealer/distributor relationships and drive repeat orders.
* Supervise the calling and sales team, including daily follow-ups and lead allocation.
* Monitor and ensure regular CRM updates for all leads, follow-ups, conversions and sales activities.
* Maintain sales pipeline, conversion reports and customer records.
* Coordinate with inventory and management teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
* Handle key accounts and high-value negotiations.
* Ensure all sales follow KIWOO pricing, MOQ and company policies.
* Identify new markets, retailers and dealership opportunities for expansion.
*Call new and existing leads generated through WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta ads, website and other sources.
*Introduce KIWOO and explain the wholesale product range, MOQ and ordering process.
*Share the wholesale catalogue and follow up with interested prospects.
*Qualify leads based on business type, location, requirement and expected order value.
*Convert qualified leads into wholesale orders or dealership enquiries.
*Update CRM after every call with lead status, customer requirements, conversation details and next follow-up date.
*Maintain regular follow-ups until the lead is converted or closed.
