About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate qualified prospects through outbound calling and support the sales pipeline by coordinating with senior team members for deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct 3–4 hours of daily outbound B2B calling
● Generate and qualify prospects through inside sales activities
● Identify decision-makers and initiate business conversations
● Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking systems
● Coordinate with senior team members for deal closures
● Ensure timely follow-ups and pipeline management
Eligibility Criteria
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred (B.Com, BBA, MBA, M.Com)
● Strong communication and persuasion skills
● Basic understanding of sales/business development
● Positive attitude and resilience in a target-driven environment
Compensation & Benefits
● Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
