Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team at Success Infotech. The role involves generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to confidently pitch products or services and convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, online platforms, and other relevant channels.

- Contact potential customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product or service solutions.

- Present, promote, and effectively communicate the features and benefits of products or services.

- Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers to maximise conversion opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.

- Understand market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities through basic market research.

- Negotiate with prospects and successfully close sales while maintaining a positive customer experience.

- Prepare and deliver engaging product/service presentations when required.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, sales activities, and customer interactions.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets within the assigned timelines.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution after the sale and maintain customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th or equivalent qualification.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong convincing, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities.

- Customer-centric approach with a professional and positive attitude.

- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.

- Basic proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other relevant sales tools.

- Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, business development, or field sales will be an added advantage.

- Candidates with strong sales aptitude and a willingness to achieve targets are encouraged to apply.
