We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell loan products over calls. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan products, convincing customers, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding loan products.
Explain features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation requirements for loans.
Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company.
Convince customers to apply for personal loans, business loans, home loans, or other financial products.
Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.
Coordinate with verification and processing teams for smooth loan disbursement.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
