📞 Telecaller / Sales Executive (Interior Projects) | Elegant Decors

Elegant Decors is looking for a confident and result-driven Telecaller / Sales Executive who can effectively communicate with clients, generate leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed interior projects.

We need someone who doesn’t just call — but can understand client needs, explain interior solutions, and close deals professionally.

💼 Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹18,000 (In-hand) + Incentives
📍 Location: Sec 14 Fed
📆 Work Type: Full-time

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with leads for home interiors, furniture, and design services
• Understand client requirements and explain Elegant Decors’ offerings clearly
• Convert inquiries into site visits and confirmed projects
• Maintain strong follow-ups and client relationships
• Coordinate with design and execution team for smooth client handling
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions
• Actively contribute to business growth through consistent sales efforts

✅ Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1 + years exp in telecalling / sales (interior build )
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of interiors, furniture, or home design is a big advantage
• Comfortable with calling, lead handling, and client interaction
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp handling)
• Target-oriented and confident personality
