Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telemarketing Executives to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, understanding their business requirements, explaining Justdial's services, and generating sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business owners.

- Explain Justdial's products, services, and business listing solutions.

- Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads.

- Convince potential customers to use Justdial's paid services.

- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Communication: Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

- Skills: Basic computer knowledge, customer handling, and sales aptitude.

- Language: Hindi and basic English communication skills.

- Attitude: Positive, target-oriented, and willing to work in a sales environment.
