Job Description: Telemarketing Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying potential customers, creating initial interest in company products and services, and supporting the pre-sales process to build a strong sales pipeline for the senior sales team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

• Conduct outbound calls to identify and connect with potential customers.

• Introduce company products and services to generate customer interest.

• Generate qualified leads through cold-calling activities.

2. Data Calling and Management

• Work efficiently with assigned databases and calling lists.

• Maintain and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.

• Verify customer contact details, requirements, and preferences to ensure data accuracy.

3. Pre-Sales Support

• Qualify leads based on Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline (BANT).

• Address initial customer queries and handle objections professionally.

• Share qualified leads with the sales team for further follow-up and closure.
  

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• 12th Pass with a minimum of 6 months of experience, or

• Graduates from any stream; freshers can apply.
  

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Positive attitude with strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Target-driven mindset and ability to handle rejection.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
  

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: ₹23,000 CTC per month.
