💼 Position: Team Leader – Loan/DSA Sales

🏦 Industry: Banking / Financial Services / DSA

🎯 Experience: 2–5 Years in Loan Sales / DSA / Banking Sales

👥 Team Handling: 5–15 Members

🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 + Attractive Incentives

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage and motivate a team of Field Sales Executives / Sales Executives.

- Set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for the team.

- Drive business generation for Home Loan, LAP, Personal Loan, Business Loan and other financial products.

- Guide the team in generating leads through dealers, builders, property brokers, channel partners and direct customers.

- Conduct regular market visits and support team members in developing new channel partnerships.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, builders, brokers and other business partners.

- Train team members on loan products, eligibility, documentation and sales processes.

- Monitor team performance, leads, login, approval and disbursement status.

- Ensure achievement of monthly login and disbursement targets.

- Track daily activities and maintain sales MIS and performance reports.

- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal processing teams for smooth case processing and disbursement.

- Resolve customer and channel partner queries and ensure proper follow-up.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in DSA / Loan Sales / Banking / Financial Services.

- Prior experience in team handling and business development preferred.

- Strong knowledge of Home Loan, LAP, Personal Loan and Business Loan products.

- Good network among property dealers, builders, brokers or channel partners will be an advantage.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills.

- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.

- Target-oriented and capable of driving a sales team.

- Comfortable with field visits and market development.

- Good knowledge of basic loan documentation and processing.

- Ability to prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS.
