Lead, manage, and train new joinees (telecallers / field executives / relationship officers)
Drive loan & insurance sales closures and achieve monthly targets
Ensure strong product knowledge training for loans (Personal, Home, Business, etc.) and insurance products
Monitor team performance, daily reports, and conversion ratios
Handle key clients, escalations, and high-value closures
Develop sales strategies to improve productivity and revenue
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Coordinate with partners, banks, and insurance companies
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manager in Loan and/or Insurance
Strong knowledge of loan & insurance products
Proven ability to close sales and lead a team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
Experience in training and mentoring sales teams
