About the Role

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with businesses, HR professionals, recruitment agencies, staffing companies, and corporate clients to introduce our Background Verification (BGV) solutions and generate qualified business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients and introduce company services.

• Connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, Recruitment Agencies, Staffing Companies, and Business Owners.

• Understand client requirements related to employee background verification.

• Explain the company's verification services and business benefits.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings/demos with prospective clients.

• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Coordinate with the Business Development/Sales team for lead conversion.

• Maintain professional relationships with prospects and existing clients.

• Ensure timely follow-up until the lead reaches the next stage of the sales process.

Candidate Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Telesales.

• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills can also apply.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

• Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Ability to communicate professionally with corporate clients.
