# Job Description – Telecaller Executive (IT Sales)
We are looking for a motivated and energetic **Telecaller Executive** to join our IT Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, promoting our IT services, generating qualified leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication.
## Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's IT services.
* Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
* Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
* Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
* Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover and follow-up.
* Stay updated on the company's products, services, and industry trends.

## Qualifications

* Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, BPO, or IT sales is preferred.
