Job Title: Customer Relations Executive (Tele-caller) - Female
We are hiring for a Customer Relations Executive (Tele-caller) – Female, who has to generate leads, sell packages, and handle customer inquiries via phone.
Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to promote venues and services, taking inbound calls to assist clients, managing customer data in a CRM, and following up to ensure satisfaction and book events. Strong communication, persuasive selling skills, patience, and a positive attitude are essential for this role.
Job Location : Orriva by Lotus Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad.
Job Timings: 11 a.m to 9 p.m.
Age Limit: 18 Years to 30 Years

Job Responsibilities
· Sales & Promotion: Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote the hotel's services, banquet facilities, and food & beverage packages.
· Inbound Customer Service: Handle incoming calls to answer customer questions, address concerns, and provide information about venue availability and offerings.
· Lead Generation & Follow-up: Identify and qualify potential leads for events and follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and drive bookings.
· Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Accurately record all customer interactions, update contact details, and maintain customer databases.
· Meeting Targets: Work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall performance of the sales team.
· Data Analysis: Report on call outcomes, customer feedback, and observations to the team lead to help improve sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
· Persuasive & Confident: Ability to persuade customers, close sales, and handle objections with a positive attitude.

· Should be 10+2 passed from a Reputed English Medium School.
Ideal Candidates will have
· Previous experience of minimum 1 year in a telemarketing, tele-calling, or tele-sales.
· Knowledge of the hospitality or event industry.
· A proven track record of generating sales and building rapport with clients.
