Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Tele Counselor to join our team at the Vashi (Navi Mumbai) branch. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for guiding students, and the ability to convert inquiries into center visits or admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

•Make outbound calls to potential students and explain the company’s courses and offerings.

•Counsel students on call regarding suitable career programs based on their interests and goals.

•Follow up with leads and encourage students to visit the center for further discussions.

•Maintain records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.

•Achieve daily/weekly targets related to calls, visits, and admissions.

Requirements:

•Experience: 1–3 years in tele-counseling, telesales, or a similar role.

•Strong communication and convincing skills.

•Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.

•Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools preferred.

•Passion for the education/training industry.
