Telecaller Executive – Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling
Initiate calls to potential clients, visitors, or exhibitors from a provided database or through cold calling.
Promote upcoming exhibitions by explaining event features, benefits, and participation opportunities.
Persuade prospects to attend or book exhibition space.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion
Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outreach.
Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert them into confirmed registrations, sales, or booth bookings.
Achieve targeted conversion and attendance goals.
3. Information Dissemination
Provide accurate and detailed information about exhibition dates, venue, pricing, registration processes, and event schedules.
Ensure prospects have a clear understanding of the event’s value proposition.
4. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
5. Data & CRM Management
Record all interactions, leads, and sales activities accurately in CRM or relevant databases.
Keep customer data organized and up to date for tracking and reporting purposes.
6. Coordination & Team Support
Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align outreach efforts with overall event goals.
Support team initiatives to enhance client engagement and participation rates.
7. Feedback Collection
Conduct post-event follow-up calls to gather feedback from attendees and exhibitors.
Share insights to help improve future exhibitions and client experience.
