Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client base in the Indian market. You will be responsible for promoting our automated payment platform, managing client relationships, building teams, and achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys entrepreneurial challenges, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth, both individually and with a small team.
2.Promote company products guiding clients through registration, order purchasing, and commission settlement.
3.Identify and engage potential clients across industries (gaming, e-commerce, retail, hospitality, education, etc.).
4.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

6.Provide regular reports to management on achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
7.Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
8.Participate in industry events and networking activities to promote our products solutions and generate leads.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
1–5 years of experience in sales, B2C business development, lead generation, inside sales, or fintech/IT/Payment services.
Proven experience as a sales manager or team lead in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, preferably in fintech, payment gateways, or SaaS sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex systems clearly.
Strong consultative and customer-first approach with interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of Indian digital payment ecosystem, including UPI, Mobikwik, Freecharge, Paytm, PhonePe, Airtel, and related processes.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
High ownership, resilience, adaptability, and self-motivation to perform in a fast-changing environment.
Team management experience and ability to drive collective goals preferred.
