We offer social media management, performance marketing, website development, and AI-driven automation solutions.

Role Overview :-

We are looking for an energetic Tele Sales Executive to generate leads, pitch our services over calls, and set up meetings for the Business Development team — the first voice of Qloudsoft for prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities :-

* Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads/databases to introduce Qloudsoft's services

* Pitch social media management, performance marketing, website development, and AI automation solutions clearly and confidently

* Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and requirement fit

* Schedule appointments/meetings for the Business Development Executive team

* Follow up consistently with warm leads and past inquiries to convert them

* Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and follow-up notes in CRM/tracking sheet

* Achieve daily/weekly call and lead-generation targets

* Handle basic client queries and objections professionally

* Coordinate with the BD team to hand off qualified leads smoothly

* Report daily calling activity and conversion numbers to management

Requirements -

* Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, English)

* Confident, persuasive telephone manner with a positive attitude

* Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools)

* Freshers with good communication skills are welcome; prior telecalling/BPO/sales experience is a plus

* Target-driven mindset with ability to handle rejection positively

* Basic understanding of digital marketing services is an advantage but not mandatory
