Job Description (English)
We are hiring Female Telecallers for our finance company, who can inform customers about Home Loans / Business Loans / Working Capital and guide them through the loan process.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily calling on leads (cold calling / provided data)
- Explaining loan eligibility and required documents to customers
- Following up with interested customers and converting applications
- Forwarding loan applications to the backend team
- Achieving daily/weekly sales targets
- Handling customer queries politely and professionally
Requirements
- Female candidates only (Age: 25–32 years)
- Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
- Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude
- Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 (based on experience)
- Incentives: High monthly incentives on each loan approval
