Role Overview
Dual-role position: 60% Telecalling/Sales + 40% Administrative Work
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Telecalling & Sales (60%)
Handle inbound inquiries on health insurance policies, coverage, premiums, and claims
Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on leads
Conduct need-based selling (Individual, Family Floater, Critical Illness, Top-up plans)
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain client relationships
Send quotations, comparisons, and renewal reminders
B. Administrative Tasks (40%)
Maintain CRM/Excel databases of leads, customers, and policy details
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and performance trackers
Process policy documentation, renewals, and coordinate with insurance companies
Track renewal dates and send timely reminders
Manage physical/digital filing systems and assist with data analysis
Required Qualifications
Mandatory:
1-2 years proven experience in health insurance telecalling/telesales
Strong knowledge of health insurance products (policy terms, claims, waiting periods, co-payment, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
