We are looking for a highly motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and selling website design and development services. You will play a key role in generating leads, closing sales, and achieving monthly targets.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or sourced data.
Explain and promote website development services (static, dynamic, e-commerce, etc.).
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable packages and solutions.
Follow up on leads and close sales.
Maintain a database of clients and update call records regularly in the CRM.
Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Provide product knowledge and answer customer queries effectively.
Coordinate with the technical and project teams post-sales for smooth onboarding.
Handle objections professionally and convert them into sales opportunities.
Minimum 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Basic understanding of website services (HTML, WordPress, e-commerce, etc.) is an advantage.
