The Veda Company is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller who can handle inbound & outbound calls, promote our Ayurvedic products, explain benefits to customers, and close sales effectively.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Ayurvedic products

• Explain product benefits, usage, and offers clearly

• Convert leads into sales through effective communication

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

• Maintain call logs, customer details, and daily sales reports

• Follow-up with customers for repeat orders or new product promotions

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

📌 Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi essential; English is a plus)

• Confident and persuasive telephone manner

• Basic knowledge of Ayurvedic products (training will be provided)

• Ability to handle objections and convert leads

• Good listening skills and customer handling ability

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

🎓 Qualifications

• 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience in telecalling or sales preferred (freshers can also apply)

• Experience in Ayurvedic / FMCG / Wellness industry is an advantage

💰 Salary

₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

• Incentives based on sales performance
