Job Title: Telecalling Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecalling Executive with experience in cold calling and lead generation. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, introducing staffing services, and generating qualified leads for the recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 60-80 cold calls daily to potential clients (HRs, founders, hiring managers)
Introduce company services in recruitment / staffing / hiring solutions
Generate and qualify leads for business development team
Maintain and update call records, follow-ups, and CRM data
Follow up with prospects to build strong client relationships
Understand client hiring requirements and share relevant information internally
Schedule meetings or calls for the sales/recruitment team
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in telecalling / cold calling / inside sales
Prior experience in staffing, recruitment, consultancy, or B2B calling preferred
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated
Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented personality
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
