Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Telesales & Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making outbound sales calls, managing daily nursery operations, and supporting administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Telesales & Customer Handling

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, landscapers, and corporates to promote our nursery products and services.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to plant availability, pricing, and services.

• Maintain a customer database and follow up on leads and quotations.

• Share product knowledge and provide guidance on plant care and gardening solutions.

Administrative & Coordination Tasks

• Assist in managing nursery operations including stock records, billing, and vendor coordination.

• Maintain daily sales and enquiry reports.

• Handle basic bookkeeping, purchase orders, and office coordination tasks.

• Coordinate with the garden development and maintenance teams for client requirements.

Nursery Supervision

• Monitor nursery upkeep, plant health, and display arrangements.

• Support the supervisor in maintaining cleanliness, plant tagging, and customer readiness.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream).

• Experience: 0–3 years in telesales, admin, or customer service (nursery/retail/agriculture background preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication).

• Interest in plants, gardening, or landscaping is an added advantage.
